Die Prüfungen sind endlich vorbei und die Vorfreude steigt an. Am Montag flieg ich nach Tokyo. Mittlerweile hab alle Flugtickets, ausser dem Inlandsflug von Osaka nach Sapporo, hier muss ich mich noch entscheiden was ich will, Inlandsflug mit B777 oder neuer Flughafen ansehen (Kansai Airport). Ich freu mega die 18 Tagen Entspannung und Erholung die vor mir liegen. Da ich bereits alles organsiert hab und sogar ein paar alte Skis gekauft hab ich mit nach Japan nehme, bin ready für die Abreise. Die Skis werde nicht durch ganz Japan schleppen, sondern gleich nach meiner Ankunft in Tokyo gemeinsam mit den Sommersachen nach Nieseko versendet. So kann ich auf der Rundreise mit leichtem Gepäck reisen und bereits das eine oder andere Einkaufen. Ich freue mich sehr auf diese Reise, welche gerade zu Beginn voller Höhepunkte sein wird. Kyoto wird vermutlich ein Stück ein Heimkommen sein, ich geh ins gleiche Hostel wie letztes Mal und werde sicher nochmals den Blick vom Bahnhofsdach ausgeniessen. Zudem freu ich mich auf den Sushi Powder in Nieseko, von dem ich bereits viel gehört hab, angeblich ist es eine Ortschaft mit Schlechtwettergarantie und extrem anspruchsvollen Skifahren, das Snow Festival und der anschliessenden Wärme Floridas.

Das Abendteuer kann beginnen.

A few days left till my departure to Tokyo. Nearly all flight tickets are booked, expect the domestic flight from Osaka to Sapporo, here I can hardly decide what should I do, B777 or a seeing the famous Kansai Airport. I will fly out of Zürich with Swiss to Tokyo and fly back from Sapporo over Tokyo to Los Angeles with Connection to Fort Lauderdale. As I will go skiing in Japan I will take some older skis with me and I prefer to travel light, I will ship my skis directly after arrival to Hokkaido. So I am able to travel only a backpack and maybe start already to do some shopping. I really look forward to my trip as it is a trip with a lots of great places and events I will see. Going again to Kyoto on January 31 for 2 nights, might be a little bit like going home, as I stay there in the same hostel as last time and for sure I will visit the famous roof of the railway station and probably will commemorate the beautiful summer evening I had up there. But of course I am excited to visit the Snow Festival and go skiing in the famous Sushi Powder.
